OUR FOUNDER
Ana Soriano is the Owner and Founder of Upfound & Co, an outsourcing company dedicated to providing businesses with reliable virtual assistants, website management, and operational support. With a strong background in business operations and workforce management, Ms Soriano brings a wealth of leadership experience and entrepreneurial drive to her company.
Before launching Upfound & Co. in August 2024, Ana Soriano built her career across diverse roles that honed her expertise in team management, client relations, social media marketing, and executive support. She served as Transaction Coordinator (remote desk) for Canopy Real Estate from November 2022 to November 2023, where she handled transaction management, client communications, and operational processes with precision and efficiency.
In September 2024, Ms Soriano joined Bebang Halo-Halo as Executive Assistant to the CEO, taking on responsibilities in task management, business communications, and appointment scheduling. Demonstrating outstanding organizational and leadership skills, she quickly advanced to Chief of Staff in August 2025, overseeing business operations, workforce management, payroll, and public relations.
Her professional journey reflects her adaptability and commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to shape Ventures Workforce’s mission of empowering businesses through high-quality outsourcing solutions.
